"Medovnik" in English honey cake has origins from all eastern Europe. The legend says that it was originally created in Armenia however, all the Eastern European countries are claiming it as their own national cake. It has a very great balance of flavours with honey obviously being the main one, and filled with fantastic smooth cream which has the signature of our amazing pastry chef Petra. the process requires at least 48 hours to be ready, therefore we would need a 48hour notice to deliver the best cake you have ever tasted :)
